They have their hours listed on Google that they open at 8 am. THEY ARE NOT OPEN @ 8 nor is there a way to send packages using the self service. Everything is locked up. It's not a wonder while their rating it's 1.8 or lower

Had a package that was meant to be delivered on Saturday but since it was a Saturday afternoon I was away and, unfortunately, missed the delivery because I couldn't sign for it. Naturally, I scheduled a redelivery for the following Monday. It's now Wednesday so I figured maybe they just keep missing or forgetting it. So I went to this location because unfortunately this is the location my carrier drops off at. (It was the address on the redelivery slip) Well, the lady at the front said my package was with the carrier. I had asked her if she was sure. She assured me yes. The carrier has now come and gone and my package remains missing. This was after it took the counter lady nearly 30 minutes to service me with only 2 people in front as she moved at a snail's pace. Too bad she couldn't use that time to ensure where my package actually was. Avoid this location as if it was a leper running at you, full speed, dripping with plague. She put in 0 effort to ensure where my package was and opted to, instead, lie to me to rush me out of the door.

You won't get anyone at the white street you'll get basically the whole network and you'll be on hold for a long time you'll get someone but you won't get no one on white street you'll have to go over their personally
I don't know which PO it is at. How can I stop it from being delivered if I don't know which PO it went to.

I have no idea how to get your package I still have a package that I paid almost 200 bucks for the contents of it and I still have a receive my package they say they delivered it and I never received it somebody received it
I know it can be done for a week. I would assume they can do it longer. I just went in and filed out a paper and they handled the rest. I did have to call in to have them stop the forward. I hope this helps.
