Is it true the postal carriers do not have to stop at a mailbox if they do not have any mail for that address? I have had mail in plain sight sit in my box for up to two days before being picked up. I am in West York borough. this is aggravating.

Contact the borough, make sure postperson can see your flag letting them know.

It happens to me too , unfortunately they dont have to stop unless they have mail for you!!
