They had an Amazon hiring event today, 8/9/17. They were very unorganized and seemed very overwhelmed. I stood in line for almost two hours, to be told l have to re-apply. Which is fine but they need to communicate to everyone in line, that you have to apply. If they did that people in line can starting applying while they wait. When she told me l had to re-apply had to stand in another line. All I'm saying is this event was poorly organized the flyer l saw said it was at the Holiday Inn in Dover, De. I go there they direct me to Integrity Staffing, cool, l get here and they don't know where the line starts or finish. No communication at all to the people in line on what's going on. I did re-apply but the event was just very unprofessional to be a Amazon Hiring Event.

The definition of integrity is: "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles." This business in Delaware has very poor moral principles. I'm a person who is visually impaired and looking for work. I walked into the Middletown location for a scheduled interview only to be told they had "no openings"! I stood there waiting for my ride home. A man walked in and asked about the same position I had an interview for! He was told yes they still had openings available. Being this was a different woman speaking with the man I asked why I was told you didn't have openings. This woman went and spoke to the person who was dealing with me and they both walked back to the front where I was waiting. I was then told by the original woman that I would not be a good fit for them being I was blind!!! Can we say DISCRIMINATION
