Chaotic. One group does not know what the other group is doing. 90 % of the nursing on the cascade tour were excellent.

Food smells good.(I only had the chili, which while advertised as mildly spicy, was really medium spicy). Big drawback if u like coffee: they only have dark roast; I've tried to get them to at least offer medium roast, but evidently, they can't be bothered. It's a shame, because, as u can imagine, that hospital has people visiting at least fr. all over Washington State, and some of those people can be having a rough time, psychologically with a loved one severely injured or ill, and you'd think, the least the hospital could do, under such trying circum- stances, is to be able to provide a decent cup of coffee that doesn't taste like "burnt beans" to quote a Swiss chef I once met, who owns a fine restaurant here, in Western WA.

Don't be fooled this isn't some fancy restaurant so don't get your expectations up. Even then, they still provide some fresh foods you don't see too often. Fried foods, fresh salads, to Vietnamese sandwiches. I worked here and I assure you that every single dish is cooked well and is VERY sanitary.

This place has a nice selection of foods to choose from, with changing daily specials, as well as grilled food, sandwiches, fruits, pizza and pasta, and even doughnuts. Overall, I've been happy with my meals here, and they serve generous portions in my opinion. However, the hash browns in my (Sunday) morning breakfast (see photo) could have doubled as building material. I needed to use my knife just to cut off chunks of it, and the taste was pretty much baked mashed potato without seasonings. Granted, I got there at 09:59 (breakfast ends at 10am), so these were probably the last dregs, but definitely avoid the hash browns if they look "solid" in the tray. Next time, I'll go with Tator Tots...

Wear a mask and stay 6 feet apart. Everything will be fine
Not sure I've seen that on the menu. Try one of the coffee bars in the hospital. They might have it.
