Lack of customer service manners. I called to ask questions about a serger repair and I got yelled at when I was trying to describe what I thought the problem was. She yelled at me telling me that if the Needles were touching each other it was because it was touching against something and not because the serger was out of timing. I changed my voice completely to a very passive mode because I’m a civilized person and my mom taught me not to lower myself to other ones attitude. I was asking questions because as a customer I have the right to ask especially if I have some knowledge in repairing but life has been so hectic that I haven’t had the focus to do my own things. I even asked if I could bring the machine in with the top off and it looked like that was more upsetting for the person. The only thing that she could have said was no, but she insisted in raising her voice until she noticed that she was loosing her temper. I did asked other questions like prices and things like that but it looked like that upset her even more. Again, as a customer I have the right to ask. Nonetheless, they have lost me as a customer. I used to come here for materials but now I rather drive to Joann’s or Three Little Birds for materials.
