Store 110 in Cashiers, N.C. went and got cinnamon rolls pkg dry as all get our and the icing on top had chunks where wasn't mixed up well. I've never had any that awful before. Reteach whoever is working bakery.

This is the only full service grocery in the area, so count on it being busy all the time. We expected that. However, what we did not expect was rude customer service. The majority of the staff we encountered were short and unfriendly. The young lady that checked us out was very kind and one of the managers who was restocking paper goods was very nice as well. All other's we encountered acted as if they were doing us a favor by letting us shop there. We understand that they are short staffed in an extremely busy grocery store. However, that does not excuse rude customer service.

This store has plenty of self check out stations but they still do not accept cash and you cannot use a debit card to get cash back. If you want to pay with cash you must stand in line for usually quite a long wait because usually there is only one or two tellers operating check outs. They do not have a line for customers with ten or less or twenty or less items. I waited in line to get $100.00 cash from my debit card and I had to take 30 $1.00 bills and the rest in $5.00 and $10.00 denominations. The check out person had no $20.00 denominations. If the tellers are the only way to deal with cash why do they not have more cash at their stations?

After a long hike at Rainbow Falls, we stopped in here for a quick inexpensive lunch a virtual school meeting! Beautiful store, lovely people and great options!!
