Food was fine. Unfortunately their customer service is atrocious. I stood at the area waiting to order, watching the employees have a conversation and the female employee “scolding” the young male employee (Carter, maybe?) All the while not acknowledging me whatsoever. She finally asked if she could take my order, I gave it to her and then I went to the register to check out with Carter. Who also didn’t say one word to me. In fact he was doing some weird dance while the two of them were still sort of fake arguing about something. I could not believe that neither one of them even had the basic customer service skills to say “hello”, or “I’ll be with you in a moment”, or the ever elusive “thank you” that seems to have disappeared from all customer service today. I chose to spend my money at this place but regretted it when they made it clear they couldn’t care less.

Worst Subway experience EVER!! The sandwich makers that are known for making to order actually refused to make the sandwich as requested even after agreeing to pay any price to get extra olives.

Been to this location, in Cashiers N,C., twice. Coincidentally both visits were in the 19:15 - 19:30 time frame. Both visits we were unable to purchase a sub. They had already picked up the meats, and were working to pick up veggies. I called after we left and asked, "What time do you stop serving?" She told me, after a long pause, " We close @ 20:00." "Okay" I said, "What time do you stop serving?" After another long pause she replied, "20:00". Not too bad. The only problem their was, is that they do not practice social distancing. Employees should've done their part and have social distance and have the customers have their masks on while ordering.
