We are a long time customer for many years, we had our pool serviced last week by your company but it didn't look clean. Numerous times your employees spend maybe 5-7 minutes cleaning then leave. Whenever the pool doesn't appear clean or the pool doesn't look maintained PaP is always happy to provide photo proof that they were there. Here is our results of the water conditions 5 days after our pool was "serviced". It appears it was not. Your employee did a 5 minute brush of the pool was smoking while doing the pool. This was the second time witnessed by neighbors and ourselves. Complete disregard for the health of the people in the residence. This is not acceptable and we will be servicing our own pool from now on. 2 1/2 star Leslies tested the water and these were the results.

I've used their maintenance service for about 4 years now and they have been wonderful. My pool is always crystal clear. Mark is reliable, helpful, and professional. Today they came out and fixed a leaky pipe. The service is always top notch.

Bad customer service and very unprofessional staff. After 5 years on paying for their monthly pool service and cleaning plan they dropped my account without any notification in March of this year. I found out because my pool turned green. Called them to send someone to clean the pool and they told me I wasn't on their service plan, that maybe it was with another branch and that the last time they cleaned my pool was March of this year. Will never go there or recommend this place at all again.
