I am leaving this review solely on my experience with Iris in the store and for Monty that manages our pool service. We’ve had our account for a couple of years, roughly 5 months ago this location went through a lot of transition and we were extremely unhappy that our pool fell through the cracks and turned green and nasty due to whatever was going on with the management there. Anyhow, eventually I spoke to Iris who was able to sort out what happened and she had Monty (the area pool manager) start taking care of our pool right away to get it back on track. Monty is the BEST, he has such integrity, our pool looks consistently pristine and feels great! This is the best maintenance since we’ve been a customer. If it weren’t for Iris’s pleasant customer service and Monty’s integrity with maintaining our salt water pool, we would have cancelled when our pool started to go downhill because of the previous management I’m assuming. Five stars for Monty and Iris!
