Great Fall Festival!

I love Eden Mill! I visit to hike and kayak several times a month. They have great programs that all can enjoy. This place is a real gem in upper Harford County.

Amazing little center! My son was so sad to leave. Clean and fun with great educational materials on display.

Absolutely! The park is open from dawn until dusk. The chain on the launch is just to keep cars from driving back too far, so just slide the kayak right under. Have a great paddle!
Hi John. Thank you for your interest. Due to liability reasons, we are unable to rent our boats. We do have guided Sunrise and Sunset canoe trips offered from June - October. Please contact our office, or visit http://www.edenmill.org/Programs.html, if you would like more information on our guided canoe trips. Thanks again for your interest!
Next to the big parking lot that is closer to the building.
It's a great place below the dam, all throughout Rock State Park but you must stop right about at the last pavilion picnic area before you get to the bridge Route 24. And Saint Clair Bridge.
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we do not offer kayak lessons. We do offer Sunrise/Sunset Canoe Trips from June-mid October. Please find more information on those trips for 2019 below... Join us for a guided hike, but on the water in a canoe! This canoe trip is designed to acquaint participants with the natural surroundings of Deer Creek. Exploration of the environment is enhanced by the use of canoes to travel along the creek. The emphasis, during these relaxed excursions, is on environmental education and interpretation, provided by the naturalist who accompanies the group. Bring your family, group, or a friend and enjoy the wildness of Deer Creek. Dates: June, September, October—Tuesday & Thursday evenings July & August—Thursday evenings & Saturday mornings Time: Tues. & Thurs., 5:45 – 8:15p.m.; Sat., 9:00 – 11:15a.m. Ages: Strictly 6 and over Fee: $5/member or $8/non-member
Thank you for contacting us. Yes, dogs are allowed in the park as long as they are on a leash.
No, swimming is not permitted except as part of an Eden Mill Nature Committee or Department of Parks and Recreation program. Also, our canoes are not available to rent.
No, but there is a box for donations! The place is well worth loose change or a couple of bucks.
