Quiet (duh!), interesting architecture, art exhibits, 2,000,000 books, internet access, a Panda Express and small restaurant along with "Skid Row Coffee"... What's not to love?

Saturday's usually at 5. ( check, some close at 5:30) Downtown is open Sundays to 5, North Hollywood to 5:30.
