If there was a button for no stars that would be my choice. Rude as people. Try to place an order and get hung up on and tell me no. Wth is wrong with these workers. Wouldn't tell what's the manager name was to call in to complain. So yeah july 24th 2022 east ridge at 5pm they all should get written up. So displeased.

This is always a good option for dinner or any meal when you don't feel like going into the kitchen. The hot and ready is just that...hot, fresh, and no long wait which I like. They have a pretty good deal with the five meat pizza for around $12 dollars. I got a pepperoni hot and ready along with a five meat large pizza for under $21.

I don't know what is wrong with people today but people in food service should be able to read and follow directions. I ordered a pizza with no mushrooms and waited a half an hour for it to be made and it had mushrooms on it so they rewrote the ticket and it said once again no mushrooms on the pizza I got it home and it had mushrooms on it so since my uncle is allergic to mushrooms I had to bring the pizza back and get a refund all of which cost me time money and gas and frustration. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because they gave us free breadsticks and a free dessert with the pizza

So if you order through the app better check your order in store before you leave. I just got rip off 6 dollars. Ordered an extra most best stuff crust. Paid 12. 02 for the total and got home only to realize I was given the cheap 6 dollar pizza. I tried to call the store to ask what to do and no one answered the phone out of 3 attempts to contact the store. So I guess they get to steal money if you order via the App
