The absolute worse, most ignorant and unprofessional medical facility I had ever been to. The first time I went I was scolded by the doctor and threatened by him all because I was there for hours and needed to get to work. I just needed my daughter to be tested so she could return to school and I completely understand everyone has staffing issues so all I asked was could they email and call me with results because I am a single mother and couldn’t afford to miss work. So months later I give it another shot and the receptionist was so rude while I was trying to check my son in (mind you he was covered in vomit and could not stop getting sick) she was so rude to us I didn’t want another one of my kids to witness what happened our last visit I turned around and just walked out and went to the emergency room. How is this place still open and how do these people still have jobs? It’s completely unacceptable to treat people like that for no reason at all and it’s definitely unacceptable for a doctor to threaten a patient and jump in their face and stare them up and down like he was going to hit me. Definitely unacceptable and he should not be a doctor. Would you want someone like that taking care of your loved ones!?

Terrible. Only way id go back is if i was dying Couldn't get in to my gp. Referred me there .which in it of itself is ludicrous . 90 min wait and yes 30 in the exam room after having an appointment . To see a PA and 10 min of non care You can have it If possible id give it a negative 5 stars Pathetic to call that health care Horrendous Appalling Should be ashamed 14 tick bites. Anything other than look at 3 ? No But took a pic of it. Thanks Keep it Thanks for nothing but a script Pills arent the only health care And by the reviews im not the only one Every post is answered with Thanks for your input..but................ Its Thursday may 20............. Sorry state of affairs in Georgetown..............

Awful. Was directed there by Beebe call a nurse as I had a positive home test for COVID and needed treatment (65 y.o.). I told the Karen receptionist and she said, "Go home." "You shouldn't even be here." So I was refused treatment (the waiting room was almost empty at 9 am). I was respectful and masked - no excuse for it. I ended up calling back the Beebe care line and eventually got the antivirals and official test elsewhere.

I’ve been here in the past and haven’t had many issues. However today I scheduled an appointment for 1:20pm. I was expecting to be see at my appointment time but I’m still waiting in the lobby almost an 30 mins later. There’s no point in making an appointment if they won’t even honor it. They’ve taken several people back already and I’m alone in the lobby. I just want to feel better.
