Where a mask when you want.. the range is outside. You can wear one in the shop but its not promised everyone else will have one on.

Just bought a summer house in Millsboro, but I am a New York resident. I have both NY and UT pistol permits. Can I shoot in your range when I am in Delaware? I own a Glock 43 and 17 that are less than 1 year old. Can I use them?

Yes. Range is.open to anyone legally allowed to own a firearm. Welcome to a state slightly less restictive than New York.
