Food was decent…but the place smelled horrific! We noticed a terrible smell when we walked in. We were seated at a high top table in the bar area and we asked if we could move because the smell was overwhelming. We were moved to the dining area side of the restaurant and were told by the server that others have complained of the smell as well. It smelled like vomit. There were four of us dining together and we all smelled it. The restaurant overall appeared to need a very thorough cleaning and the restrooms were dirty. Over all, I believe the health department was due for a visit and would likely have a field day with this place. The food was just ok. Seemed they were out of many items as well. We were just passing through on I 75 so there is no chance we will ever stop at this Chili’s again.

A hour after we were seated we still did not have our food, a manager came by and said a mistake happens and our order was not submitted so they did it then , me and my two daughters waited another 30 min and our food finally came . However they did not submit my moms order so she ended up waiting 2 hours to get her food . And my daughter ordered the cheese quesadillas and they were so over cooked it was awful , probably will never go back .

This was a terrible dining experience - not because of the staff or food though, thankfully. As soon as we were seated we were given instructions to scan a QR code to access the menu. This made looking at our choices so difficult that I was forced to ask the host if they had actual menus. Thankfully they found some, but my mother-in-law commented that if it had just been her & her husband they would not have known what to do and would have left rather than feeling embarrassed by asking for help. Next the waitress came to take our orders. Rather than write down our orders and then going to a kiosk to enter them, she had a tablet-like device to enter them directly. She was unfamiliar with the system which caused the process to be slow and had the 3 of us repeat our orders multiple times. Finally, we were brought another device to pay our bill with at the table. Our waitress left while we were paying and somehow our order disappeared from the screen. I understand all businesses want to use technology to their benefit, but sometimes these "advances" are just upsetting & alienating your costumers. Unfortunately, even though the food was great, we will not be returning to Chili's in the future. (Side note: they also had a low-ish health score and the silverware was noticeably dirty.)

Loved are time at Chili's Grill & Bar! Drinks were fantastic. Kayla are waitress was so sweet and the food to die for!!! Will be going again!!!🤗

Why would you have karaoke in a restaurant seems to me that would put them out of business in a hurry

No ,Our server could have been better, they were kinda slow but the food was great!
If you give them the channel, they will gladly change it for you.
Chili's here in Dallas a good place to go eat I would recommend it my wife and I always liked the two for 20 good food good service
