Well, the repair person came and said he repaired. Replaced a dryer belt for 400.00. Which is what I did not agree with. This did not fix the problem and he never checked his work before leaving. Called Sears 3 times; first time got hung up on and said there is no service in your area. The other two times they stated they would call me back. No Call of course. I ended up having to just purchase a new dryer. Please stay away from Sears home repair. They are a not good. Plus, they try and up sale you on other items you do not need. Please stay away can't say this enough.

I have dealt with a broken refrigerator/freezer for a month, have an extended warranty on it. 1st technichian replaced a sensor which made the issue worse. Came out 2nd time and said parts had to be ordered. In the total of 6 service repair dates scheduled, a technichian came 3 times, other dates A&E canceled on the same day of service. The last cancelation I was told the service was scheduled but a technician was not assigned to the job. Technician finally came today and I was told none of the parts ordered were needed and it was a misdiagnosed issue from the start. The part needed was replaced today and the next 24 hours will indicate if this technician was correct or nit. I have called A&E multiple times over the month and their customer service has been less than responsive. It has been a disaster dealing with this company. I hope this latest technician is correct and has finally fixed my issue.
