I give blood regularly and the only reason I go there is because it is the closest. Staff is hit and miss mostly unprofessional and some lacking experience. Cleanliness and hygiene is a joke in this location. Staff will hold their personal phones and after draw your blood. A staff member once dropped a whole box of test tubes on the floor picked them up without gloves and after refilled the holder. And finally sometimes their test results are not accurate!!! And that is confirmed.

My recent visit was a very good experience. I did luck out as far as the number of patients waiting. I was the second of three. Starting with the young girl who signed me in. I didn't get her name but she was as professional and pleasant as you could want. The phlebotomist named "Q" had the touch of a butterfly. No pain at all. Again, she was a very pleasant and professional girl. The staff was excellent in every way. I would recommend this location very highly.

Abismal service, today 9/14/22 I had a 10:45am appointment I checked in using their mobile app at 10:42am at 11:03 I received a text to come on in. I waited for 45 minutes as walkins were being seen before me. I went up to the check-in person and he told me he had been calling me and I never answered. I have perfect hearing and I sat least than 7 feet from his desk. A lady next to me said he called my name before I was inside of Labcorp. I guess he called my name right after he sent a text to come in. This is the same thing that happened to me the last time I came in for a blood draw. I will let Medicare, my doctor and my supplemental insurance know about this poor service.

Did the mobile check in at 7:30AM for my appointment at 8AM. It said I would be sent a text when they were ready. I went into the building at 7:58AM and sat down. My name was nowhere on the check in screen. At 8:10AM I asked the woman at the desk why my name wasn’t on the list when I used the mobile check in. She said I wasn’t even in the system and needed to check in on the tablet. That is absolutely ridiculous. If a service is offered for mobile check in, it NEEDS TO WORK! I set the appointment for 8AM because I needed to be seen at 8AM because I need to drive 3 hours away afterwards and didn’t have time to sit around all morning and wait. Needless to say, I left. It’s now 8:37AM, still never got a text or call that they’re ready for me through the mobile check in feature. FIX your system if it doesn’t work. And for patients, I would just go to a different location. This will be my third time trying to do this appointment. I’m just going to the location my wife does.
