Completely useless. After paying my bill online the day before, they still went ahead and disconnected the water supply. I found out too late about the disconnection and now I have to wait until tomorrow to contact them.

Being a transplant from Brooklyn, NY. Salisbury MD. has been my home since 2007. I love the direction this City is moving. Thank you to it's residences, local businesses, local leaders and local government for making this a place to call home.

Hi Gil - that’s private property. You would have to contact the property owner.

There is something black in my water that causes black streaks in my toilets. Does anyone else have this issue? It is very costly to have to buy all of my drinking water.

It is important that you call a plumber immediately. City water is tested daily and is the reigning champion for the best drinking water in Maryland. We have no heavy metal or other chemical imbalances which implies the issue is at your property. That doesn’t mean it is definitively your problem as it’s possible it exist on the lone pipe from the street into your property. That would make it the city’s issue to resolve. But typically if there is an issue it is in old pipes in the building itself. Please call us at 410-548-3100 so we can help. Our Water Works team can assist your plumber in determining what is going on.
