On the website they are options, the options that they have posted they no longer cover. The phone number said they have on the website most are no longer in service and they haven't removed it from the website.

Sorry. Yes you can be evicted. A lease is a legal binding contract. Remember it's their property. A landlord can go to court and have a tenant evicted without any cause because of this fact, without a lease. First the landlord has to present you with a notice to quit, informing you of the eviction (30dys) after this time period you will have to go to court. The owner has the right to their property ten days after court. If you haven't vacated the premises in that time a writ of restitution will be filed. At this time the landlord can pay the Baliff to physically remove you and your belongings from the premises. He has anywhere from 1-50 or so days to carry this out, without your knowledge .
Can I be evicted of balance of owing $250.00 after playing all of my back rent
You would have to call or go up to the office. They do not answer questions via Google. However, these are students that assist with professors guidance. So, a lot of the cases that they take are small claims or simple family court cases.
You would have to go there to get advice. They won't answer questions over this. It's a first come first serve basis
Im sure they can point u in the right direction
The legal team doesn't answer questions on the website, but you can show up and see if they'll help you. They mostly do divorce, or custody, as long as it's not out of state
Yes.
