First time taking my Escape to this place. I caught a flat thanks to a giant piece of glass and drove on my trustee donut to get a replacement. Hood's isn't too far from where I live and work and I was pleased to see the efficiency in overall design of business. The men here were focused on completing their tasks, and it was clear that they took a familiar pride in their work. There was one particular man, sorry for forgetting his name, that spoke with me throughout my tire replacement service. He was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and expressed that he was a third generation black business owner/operator of the shop, as was his father the second, and founded by his grandfather. I was very happy to hear that, complimented his legacy and encouraged him to continue spreading excellence and inspiration in the community. I was in and out in 15 minutes with all 4 of their service stalls filled with cars being serviced. They took my busted tire at no addition charged and even put my spare back under my trunk compartment. I have been riding with no issues on the tire they sold and installed for me at a decent price for a week now. Thank you to Hood's for your respectable business service and for taking pride in what you do.

I was on a very tight time table and blew my tire guys over at hoods tire had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Very friendly and very fast. Will be coming here again

THEY’RE OPEN SUNDAYS!!!! Came in with a punctured tire. We were promptly greeted and directed to the service area. 30 minutes later we were on the road. This is my second visit where in 3 years ago I met the owner in Port Huron coming back from Canada with a flat on a Sunday. They are a Godsend.
