The Bullet: Kind of no frills but the service is polite and efficient. And for me, the taste of the meats is excellent. The Bavkup: On my visits, he meat has been perfectly smoked, tender and fresh tasting. BBQ sauce (Original, Tangy or Spicy!) is an optional add-on. I use the first two but sparingly because the meat is so savory and moist. I pretty much avoid the spicy sauce. So far, I've had the pulled pork, turkey and brisket. A 1/4 lb of each suits my appetite and usually lasts at least two meals (lunch and dinner or dinner and breakfast next morning). There is a variety of sides from which to choose. The only one that I've tried is the BBQ baked beans. As with the meats, the flavor is mild (there's always the spicy sauce if you crave the heat). Prices are competitive and based on the consistent quality of the product, I feel like I'm getting my twenty's worth. I'm not a expert but I do like the way Dickies handles their BBQ business. I ordered a 1/2 LBS of brisket - ALL FAT. I had MAYBE 3 good bites. It was disgusting I’ll never go back to this chain

Food tasted good, but the food was cold.

Yes, their meat is gluten free. The way the gluten thing works is that gluten comes from wheat and wheat only. No wheat, no gluten. Cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, turkeys, fish, frogs, are all gluten free. Even if they eat wheat they are gluten free.
