If you want a car loan, I'd look elsewhere. This remark is only for one staff member. Toya Neal. Although she was friendly and cordial. She was not proactive nor tentative in this process. I have emails that were left unanswered and voice-mails ignored. I relentlessly messaged this person about my status with dealership and how things were progressing. I would ask three questions and only have one answered. We're all human so I digress. But to have me come into the branch and pick up the check. To find out you never processed it. Was not only embarrassing but disappointing. More could've been done to prevent this. Nevertheless, Stephanie was genuinely concerned about the situation and tried her best to reconcile it. But Ms.Neal needs some revaluation for her due diligence. I will begin the process of ending my account with Louvers very soon.
