Katherine Martinez was amazing and she not only assisted me with what I needed for my initial visit but she went above and beyond, weeks later, communicating with me in regards to an additional circumstance I needed resolved with Bank of America. People like her is what keeps business running and she was beyond willing for my needs. She even offered additional help for questions and concerns in the future. Thank you for going above and beyond for me Katherine.

Horrible service from there new branch manager & tellers! Couldn’t set me up on quickbooks or direct pay for my business! Rude & in professional employees @ this branch! I always have a six figure balance and be treated like this is unacceptable! They should fire all of them especially the manager

I had an auto payment set up to pay $50 a month on my balance. When my balance was $.12 they still deducted $50 from my bank account which left me with a negative balance of-$48.88. I complained 3 WEEKS AGO! Still waiting for my money. I’m 64, done a lot of business with many banks. This one is the worst by far.

BEWARE--- This bank would not give me a loan to repair the transmission in my car. I went to Citizens Savings and Loan and was approved immediately. I deposited the check for the loan into my account. The teller told me that the check would clear that night and the funds would be available tomorrow. I sent the mechanic out of town to pick up the transmission only to be called and told that my debit card declined. I logged in to my online bank account and they had put a hold on the check for nine days. I went to the bank and had a representative from the loan company on the phone. The manager would not speak to them. I called the bank that it was drawn on (First Tennessee) and they stated that the check was already honored. The local branch has not answered the phone all day long so I had to call Bank of America Corporate... "I'm sorry the teller told you that but it is our policy that all paper checks have a seven business day hold on them." WHAT THE !@#$% --- I am already renting a car and now I have to rent it for 2 more weeks because I cannot repair my car. The mechanic is really angry because my car is torn down and inside a bay. Now I am calling everywhere to get another loan... all because this bank wants to HOLD my money! This is a disgusting business practice and it should be illegal to hold someone's money long after the issuing bank has honored the funds. TWO THUMBS DOWN!
