Stay away from these people. I'm a licensed electrician. The recruited me, had me leave a decent job midseason (in maine), to do a project that was to last until December. I arrived at work on the third morning and they had replaced me. Contractor admitted by text to getting rid of me because I didnt want to steal tools from other contractors. Peopleready is now ignoring me, and since i never got a time card signed I'm still trying to figure out how to get paid for the time i worked. Peopleready has devastated my life.

Worst 3 days of my life. I am a single mother of two. Was hired by one branch told I would work 3 days. Only got to work one because of another branch. Was told by Jeremy the branch manager at the 365 W Craig Rd #118, North Las Vegas, NV 89033 that I would work all three days. Then Friday they told everyone we wouldn't work Saturday the shift was full after being told I would go out then Sunday I worked morning and only got 8hrs... Not to mention the people running the office are very rude. I even experienced staff being hostile towards myself and other employees but the people that are known by that office get treated like family. Most of the people weren't even paid for their work until 3pm on Sunday afternoon. I was told I would get paid for showing up the two days they did not send me out by Sunday morning it is 7:00pm and I still have not gotten paid for those hours..... They are very unorganized, unrealistic, and unreliable. With the employees of trueblue having relations with the employees at people ready I understand now why the treated my so rude.

My husband and I have had pretty good experiences with People Ready, until we got to Colorado. The company my husband works for gives him extra hours to adjust his pay, yet the payroll office won't release his pay till the 10 hours is up. This leaves us and our kids waiting in freezing weather and snow to get paid so we can get a hotelroom. I've contacted HR and they've said payroll is wrong, yet has done nothing to correct it,knowung our living conditions. Our next job will not include People Ready.

Western state is hiring.
I believe many of these PR offices should be investigated, for the reason that so far one of the offices I work out of have their favorite people that are not even working the jobs correctly, but yet they are the ones being called in for work. Doing others dirty like us
If You have called off for half of the jobs You have chosen to accept then the app will block You from seeing jobs within the app UNTIL You are manually dispatched out to 5 jobs. 24 hours after the 5th payout the app will reset itself and You'll be able to see jobs within the app. App support does NOT have a reset button the ONLY way to get the app reset is to do the manual dispatches. Lmk if You have any questions (Jobstack product support coordinator).
I'm not sure why they told you five jobs, if you're using the jobstack app you should continuously see a flow of jobs, although it's often not too many. The Fife branch tends to send out tons via text that never hit the app. The Tacoma location is technically closed down so you should call your local branch and maybe another one nearby if they don't seem to have their stuff together. They're supposed to coordinate jobs from other branches depending on how many they have available at a given moment. Also, if you're using the website to browse it's a little broken at times.
In theory you do lol
