You can really understand the integrity of an establishment when they don’t take your business. I brought my computer in, and they Could have taken it, and taken my money - as I would’ve happily paid them. But instead they decided to help me fix the problem, which just involved looking through my computer and giving me some solid advice. I will happily bring my computer to them again when the need arises, they are obviously very trustworthy and just want the best for their clients. A computer fiduciary if you will.

Desktop crashed, brought my computer in to these guys and they were extremely helpful. Right off the bat they hooked it up to run a diagnosis on it and they took the time to explain everything to me (which is good because I know nothing about computers and how they work) and run more diagnostics on it. I would give them 10 stars if it was passable on there. Excellent customer service! Thank you! Edit: I can’t think of the right words to describe how amazing these guys are. Off the charts service and and expertise. If you are having an issue with your computer, bring it to them. You will not be dissatisfied. Can not say enough good things about this place. 10 stars, hands down.

No appointment usually 2 day turn around
I'm sure they would be willing to try. My laptop case was self-destructing, one piece at a time. I bought "like new" used pieces to make an entire new case on eBay and Andrew transferred all the guts from the disintegrating case into the new one for me. It looked like a brand new laptop when I got it back.
Restart the computer switch ports on mouse if usb if still doesn't work bring it in with mouse
That depends on weather the jack is modular or soldered onto the motherboard. Modular jacks can be replaced effectively.
