Kenai fjords tours are always great. I like to go on at least one tour every summer. This is a must to activity for anyone visiting Alaska! I would strongly suggest taking the longer six hour tour. This tour will get you out to the glacier. Watching the glacier calve is amazing! These tours abound with wildlife. Sea lions, humpback whales, orca, otters, seals, puffins, bald eagles, starfish, you can see them all!

Definitely depends on the weather but the staff are very accommodating if someone gets sick.
We went September 15th. It was wet, cold, and windy. But it was beautiful. We saw Orcas in the water, and the scenery is beautiful. You must wear a mask IN the boat interior, but outside can take it off. Most of the interior seats fill up FAST, as it's first come / first serve. However, the outdoor gives the best views. The whole tour is narrated. Yes, they do have a vegetarian meal option.
