Today my daughter had an appointment to renew her passport and unfortunately we found that there was no one to attend the window, how is it possible that they give appointments when they do not have the adequate personnel to attend, they must take the work seriously and if they do not have enough personnel They have to cancel appointments in advance so that the people who do work don't waste time waiting for someone to attend to the request. This is terrible service.

nice overall, the staff was very nice and quick. i did however only get envelopes with stamps so that definitely affected my experience. For small things or forms they are quick but if you have an actual problem it will take a little longer. I noticed their prices said 0.58 for a envelope with a stamp but when i got up front it was actually 0.76~, so the prices on their signs might have to be updated. bring extra just in case!

This is the worst postal office in existence the workers are all lazy and rude. I had mailed out important documents that needed to be mailed out and I mailed it at an accordingly time manner now I’m suffering the consequences of these workers and supervisors that don’t care for their job and just want to get paid . Disgusting

They have a window dedicated only to passport services. It's available daily during regular business hours.
If Google Maps provided the right information, you should have the correct landline number. Odds are, they'll answer the phone during business hours.
I am a family that need to renew passport. My daughters have passport but they are 10 and 9 now . I was told i need a new application for them is that try . Can i walk in or appt is need ? Do i have to bring the children.
Have the post office hold the mail. You have you fill out a form for start to end date.
yes, it is processed on Saturday but you have to arrive early because they give tickets that limit the number of people who are going to process the passport

This is a common problem with a lot of people, used to happen to me frequently. They're either lazy to bring it to your door or are running behind on their route or something so they just say they attempted to deliver and just skip you. I called amazon to complain about their carriers and called the post office to complain.
I am not sure, I don't use the Westchester post office but I'm sure it closes the same time as the Parkchester office, around 1
I have had CONSTANT issues with the Parkchester PO not delivering packages. They claim to try, but I have been home and no one has rung the lobby buzzer or my doorbell. This happened dozens of times in 2016 and 2017.
Nancy, I'm sorry but money orders can never be paid by credit card. Only cash or debit card.
