Neurologist: you have a cyst on your pineal gland. Those can grow so we would like to get you a MRI every three months or so. Last appointment, December. Front desk: we don't have any appointments open until June. So yesterday I got two calls while at work from an unknown number which I couldn't answer. I did let the clinic know previously that text is the best way to get ahold of me. Drove 45 minutes to my appointment this morning (they said check in time 7:30 am, didn't open their doors until 7:45), only to find out my Dr was out and my appointment was being pushed back until August. In that time frame according to the Neurologist I should have had 2 to 3 MRI's to make sure the cyst isn't growing and blocking cerebral spinal fluid from draining. Very disappointing level of care. Asking for a new referral to a clinic that hopefully cares a little more. Too bad it took half a year to find out this place was a waste of time.

I had a good initial experience with Dr. Kim. He even called me back personally after my appointment for further recommendations after he thought about my case. However, my experience in trying to get results after a procedure has been abysmal. I've waited nearly a week, left two messages, was disconnected multiple times, and was finally told condescendingly by the receptionist that we're in a crisis and they're busy. Yes, I know about coronavirus, but when you say I'll hear back on Thursday and I respectfully ask for my results the next Wednesday, on a very serious health matter, there's a better way to handle it.

Feel the same as most about Dr. Li. He did a few test, shoved me out the door in about 5 minutes. Didn't ask my symptoms or speak to me about anything. Got a call today, he said MRI is normal with no explanation. I viewed the report myself prior to phone conversation. When I asked for clarification about my MRI and comparison to my previous one for 10 years ago he had no answers and said the neurologists 10 years ago must have been wrong, and that he did not look at the previous MRI for comparisons, he still gave no answers to the issues I have or the questions I ask. I waited Four months for this worthless appointment to still have same symptoms and no answers. I thought because such a long wait and being told they are the only neurologists in town there would be a full waiting room when I arrived but I was the only person in the waiting room. I just looked at the google busy time and currently it says at 8 am usually not to busy... I would recommend a different Doctor, do not waste the time waiting for an appointment for no solutions.

Dr. Zhongzeng Li is absolutely the dumbest doctor I've ever encountered. He says things that are absolutely false and can easily be verified as false by even a semi-sophisticated layman. He's very intellectually lazy and has difficulty thinking in a logical manner. Though he speaks in broken English, his arrogant manner still comes through loud and clear. He's very annoying to say the least. I went away wondering if he even has a medical degree... What makes it even worse, is I reported him to the Washington Medical Commission and gave them some of the dirty details of my wife's visit (which I attended). I let them know about some of the crazy statements he made and his attitude problem. All I got back was a cynical form letter which showed their utter contempt for the patient population of Washington. I guess this complaint is as much an indictment of the good-old boy system as it exists in the medical community of the state of Washington. It's so dishonorable and does a great disservice the ordinary residents of Washington.

Personal experience from a former patient. I have Parkinson's disease and tried for a month to schedule an appointment... I was dropped from this practice for missing an appointment WHILE I was trying to schedule one! Best of luck as Neurologists are few and far in this area.
