Me and My mom was going to go to Florida for 2 days She reserved the car (a Toyota Corolla) and we got here and they don't even have the car we reserved plus they want to charge us 740$ and this car has scratches and stains everywhere they wanted to give us a 2007 Nissan. They don't take any card unless it's a major Debit/Credit card. This place is located in Jasper Tennessee. I do not Recommend anyone going. Please go to City Wide Auto Rental In Scottsboro.

I had a horrible experience with this rental. The Sirius XM we paid for never got activated for our cross country trip despite 10 phone calls to different people, none of whom could get it to work. The car was wonderful but the interaction with Enterprise left a lot to be desired.

They were great about everything. Called and changed the return date and they were very helpful. I didnt like the first rental so they put me in a different car. I would recommend them.

I have tried for two days to get a car no luck they said it was due to the hurricane in the east. If your a car rental place and cannot supply what you advertise for out of business. I will never recommend Enterprise to anyone I was in a automobile accident toyed my jeep. No other car have doctor app cannot get to them.
