Hardee's has a reputation that has stuck with for years now. They have decent food and usually awesome quick breakfast foods but don't arrive expecting to get your food order quickly. There's been times when it hasn't been a busy time frame for the restaurant yet it still has taken the employees 20 mins to hand me my food order and I was parked at the drive through window for the 20 mins. I wasn't waiting in line then pulled to the window.. no if I add my waiting in line time along with the 20 min window wait time. My full time at Hardee's that day was approximately 30-35 mins. I don't have anything negative to say about the food since it's always been decent. Most of the time the employees are friendly and helpful etc.

Very slow which I normally would understand during this day and time, but they had a crew full. Very rude, when I say no manners or just simple customer greet I mean none. *opens window - takes cash, gives change, I ask for sauce as she hands drinks , she smirks still saying nothing, wait on food, she hands food and finally through all that she speaks "have a good day " I mean sheesh. Food wasn't too good either.

Staff was so nice and friendly, fries were fresh and the tea was brewed to perfection. Not a lot of chicken choices, but it is primarily a burger joint. The fried chicken sandwich is close to the one at Chick-fil-a, but... only a close second, valiant attempt at a duplicate. I miss eating beef, Hardee's does have excellent burgers but with Alpha-gal allergies it's not a choice any more.
