What a difference from both dmvs in Chattanooga! This place gets all the star! Super welcoming

This place is a piece of trash. We drove all the way from Chattanooga, thinking it was open, and it wasn't. We had checked the website, and it said it was open. According to a lady we called, they are closed for the New Year. Today is January the 3rd. 😑 They didn't even have a sign on the door saying they were closed. The one in Dayton was the same, too. Take my advice and don't trust DMV'S.

I showed up early to get my license renewed. I was immediately greeted at the doorway and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. I did my research beforehand on tn.gov of the documents I needed to have. Having the right documents is very important and I highly recommend checking before you go. The staff was very friendly and I had an overall positive experience.
