I've only been here once and I'll not return. I came in to buy insulin syringes which I use for my medical condition and the guy at the counter I suppose assumed me to be a serious drug user (even though I was dressed like the office worker that I am -- but perhaps because I'm not white...) and was very rude to me and refused to sell them at first. Then I informed him of the Expanded Syringe Access law which he didn't seem to know about. Then he asked someone if they had the syringes finally and she threw them on the counter in front of me. Totally terrible discriminatory experience.

Personalized service, lovely staff that are very knowledgeable, and cool merchandise to boot. Extensive vitamin inventory. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and never once had a bad experience.

Visited August 2021 for travel pcr test for Japan - they were happy to fill in Japan specific form for me once the result came in within 24hrs. Price was also quite reasonable in comparison to other places, definitely recommend here :)
