Not all Chili's are created equal, just being honest. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of menu. All of our glasses were never empty!! The food was hot and tasted great 👍

Hostesses barely noticed we were there. The restaurant was almost empty except for the bar area, but it still took them 10 minutes to seat us. They wanted to seat us on the bar, but we didn't want to sit in the bar, so they asked us to wait a few minutes longer. After another 10 minutes, and no hostess to be seen, we left.

Very irresponsible people when you talk about food allergies. They do not care. They don't listen.My boyfriend were very clear about not having spices at all on our food because I am very allergic to spice food. Shrimp, chicken and steak were extremely spice. What is wrong with you guys? Do you want to send someone to the hospital and get a sue? Terrible place, terrible food and very irresponsible people. I am shocked. You guys shouldn't be on the market playing with people's life.

My hubby and I both ordered a 10oz sirloin cooked medium and his side of was rice was literally only two bites, there was close to no rice at all. Let alone his steak wasn’t medium it was cooked well done. This is ridiculous.
