One of the worst experiences in fast food ever been in line for 15 minutes to pick up a customer's food that was ordered 25 minutes ago was still told to get on drive-thru line even though my orders were pre-made Will make sure I let the customer know that KFC forced me to wait all that extra time and that's why your food is cold I have heat bags and that will not heat up your food it keeps hot food hot this KFC will forever be on my do not come to list and will recommend that nobody I know come here. I suggest all customers of KFC do not come to this one food is great customer service sucks

My first time to this location because they were offering beyond meat products and it was garbage. Placed a pick up order and when I arrive all of the doors are locked at 515pm. They're all congregating in the kitchen and yet no one seems to want to work or help me. The signs on the door say that the dining area was open for pick up order, but I had to get in my car go through the drive through. This experience was disappointing as a new customer.

If there was a negative star that’s what I would put. First of all we started ordering and then the last order we had was for Long Johns and they said it was closed. So yes disappointed but oh well. We ordered our food and very basic 3 tender meals and a chicken breast meal and 3 drinks. Clearly nothing complicated but I guess it was. We finally got up to the window after about 10 minutes and the lady opened the window took my card and gave us our drinks gave me my card back closed the window and we didn’t see her for almost 25 minutes!!! Not even I’m sorry it’s taking so long. I could not see her at all. Finally after 25 minutes she opened the window shoved the food out without saying anything and I grabbed the bag and the window shut. I had to beat on the window to get ketchup. Aggravated yes! But you would think the food would have been hot. Lol nope. Only half of it. We ended up throwing half the food away because it was cold and did not taste good. The dining room is closed and there is no way we are going back through that line. By far the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. This place is definitely on the list to avoid in our travels. I don’t ever write reviews but this one was definitely getting one. I hope you fix whatever is going on in there.

I was literally been told to wait 10 minutes for them to have enough times to prepare my chicken bucket. I had no problem with that thought my wings gonna be crispy and crunchy since they are going to be freshly made. I got really mad after I opened, this ain't what I expected to have, chickens were soggy af completely left over from last night, as well as the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered. Very disappointed.
