I'm not sure if they take reservations. I noticed it was first come first served. However if a large group is planning to visit the restaurant, reservations maybe a good idea.

Can we purchase the yummy chicken salad on its own. For take home?

Absolutely. They have a Grab n Go section that offers lots of selections like the chicken salad.
