Got what we were hoping was there but it was the most disorganized I'd ever seen it. I'm sure staffing must be low but those that were there were lovely and helpful.

Horrid customer service. I love Goodwill and this one has extremely rude employees. I've never experienced anything like it before at another Goodwill.

They’re really organized and it’s very appealing to the eye but I went in today and bought some glass pieces, usually at other good will locations they will wrap the glass and put it in boxes so it doesn’t break and the cashier never even offered to do any of that and just told me that I couldn’t take my cart to the car and also I was not offered a box so I kind of stood there confused as to how I’m going to get all these pieces of glass to my car without breaking them, finally the SECURITY guard kindly offered me a box and even pulled out the wrapping paper for the glass. I had to wrap all the glass myself while the employees just kind of watched. This has never happened to me at any goodwill location and I just want to let you guys know and to remember to do your part if you’re not allowing people to take carts to the car maybe have boxes readily available for customers or offer to help them carry it out. I know there’s employee shortages but it doesn’t mean you have to leave costumers confused.

Nicely organized, friendly staff. Especially the gentleman that assisted me in carrying my items out to my car because they proudly are 'bag free' and you can't take the carts out of the store (plenty ruin it for the rest). Staff maintain mandated distance and routinely remind guests.

It may be worth your time to stop by there and get a flyer. It shows which colored tag is on sale on which days, I think by each month. If you find an item but are waiting for it to go on sale, you can take the chance that it will be there still come the next sale day.
Goodwill of the Olympic and Rainier Regions is still a non-profit. Stock options that are donated to Goodwill are turned into cash, but it allows the donor to not pay capital gains tax on any appreciated value of the stock.
