I was there last sunday and i loved it. I loved the experience every single dish was amazing. The chef has a lot passion/love for cooking and details he spoke with knowledge and joy. Every employee was friendly. Yes it is expensive but every penny worth it. We are from Austria and so far this was the best food I ever had. We have definitely the plan to go again for the experience the passion and the regional kitchen. It doesn't matter if you drink alkohol or not every single drink matched the food perfekt. Thank you so much to the whole team 😊

Having previously lived in the Kirkland area more than a decade ago and never making it to Herbfarm, my wife and I made it a point to dine here on our recent visit to the area. We were greeted with a small hors d’oeuvres and a chilled glass of kombucha and then toured the herb garden. Chef Chris Weber’s passion for his food and the herbs really came across to us from the beginning. It was interesting to learn about some of the herbs that were going to be in our courses that evening. The wine pours with each course were generous and the staff was overall really attentive. The creativity with each course and the intentionality of the ingredients used came through well. If I had to critique anything, it was the portion size of each course. When you have nine courses, you don’t expect every course to be substantial, but none of the courses were substantial. At the end of the night, the only thing that left us somewhat satisfied was the additional bread that kept us from having to go somewhere else to get dinner following dinner. We noticed other tables also had to ask for more bread. One other slight annoyance was trying to get the sommelier over to our table to add the additional wine pairings. In the end, we just purchased one additional glass of wine that wasn’t even on the pairings list. We were told that we could only purchase all of the wines on the additional wine list and not any of them individually (again by the time the sommelier had come over, we were already into the 5th course). Big highlights were Chef Chris and the rest of the serving staff and the flavors of the food were there. Decor was eclectic and felt special. But, if I am being completely honest, we have had much better meal experiences for about half the cost of this experience (it cost us about $900 for two people).

Food was beyond delicious, the presentation/ experience was phenomenal. They also have jokes for days (when I took a bathroom break they put a bunny in my seat so my partner could still have company 😂) I ended up getting the alternate wine pairing and it was so worth it! Can’t wait till I can go again in another season!

Upscale ‘theme’ dining experience for foodies, locavores, and gourmets. Elegant but comfortable. Beautifully curated food, wine pairings and service. Go early for the tour. Pace yourself during dinner … so you can truly enjoy

Hi. It's on page 320 of The Herbfarm Cookbook which you can order directly from us autographed by author. Or, on the web: http://www.afsandeberg.com/1/misc-stuff/our-recipes/Bev-Herbfarm-Switchel-Punch.htm
It will depend on the day you choose to go. Find an event with a theme that sounds good to you! I went for thier mushroom one and it was the best meal I've ever had.
Sorry for the delay I didn't know I was getting messages here. The service is added to the price as is the sales tax. However, the prices include 9-course meal matched with wine, beers, or herbal botanicals as well as a pre-dinner introduction, wine cellar open house, presentation by chef and sommelier and live guitar music. During Holly and Ivy we also offer carolers strolling through the dining room. Hope to see you soon
It depends on your reservations. Most dinners start at 7pm, but the phone lines to make reservations are open until 5pm. It is open year round, but you really do need reservations to eat dinner there.
It will depend on the specific theme menu for the date you go. Check their website for the themes/prices.
Depends on the meal but it's generally around $200-$250/person. This includes wine pairings with each dish.
Their website has the current theme and the menu for a night is set based on the theme. They will accommodate any allergies or things you don't like, but part of the experience is not having to worry about options :-)
It varies per dinner and per day. Check their website for exact pricing on the day you want to go. There are opportunities to add and upgrade during the meal as well.
