Walked in on the altercation between the guy who left the review about the pants and the man at the counter. I always suspect that it's the fault of the customer and not the business when somebody is unhappy. I don't know if the man behind the counter was just put off by that interaction, but I also had a very strange experience with him. I brought in a very heavy laundry basket with my wash dry fold In it. That was my fault, and looking back I definitely should have just put them in a garbage bag. Well, I asked the man behind the counter to consider the extreme weight of the laundry basket when he weighed the clothes for the payment. He said the only way that they weigh clothes is in the basket that the customer brings (weird, seems kind of shady but okay) For full transparency of this review, this is what I said: "That thing weighs at least 5 pounds." He said: "You're at 22 lbs, minimum is twenty." (This is where I mess up, but we are both clearly looking at this HUGE basket and he's not washing the basket) I said: "Do you think you could call it twenty because of the basket?" He said "These are humans being back there HANDLING YOUR UNDERWEAR." Okay. What this man doesn't realize is that I'm an extremely private and easily embarrassed person. I had just been in the car before walking in googling whether or not I should remove my underwear from the load. The consensus online was no way, these are laundry people; they've seen it all. His comment truly mortified me and made me feel horrible about myself. I felt bad for asking him to call it twenty, and also about him then handling my underwear. My washing machine broke and I had to buy a new one, putting me in a weird place financially and without clothes (including underwear). Then they never texted me to tell me to pick up... Idk, the woman behind the counter today when I picked up was nice but I'm never going back there again. I'm sorry I "bargained" but I also didn't ask you to give me a deal on your price (which is way higher than any other w/d/f in the area, it just saved me a trip to the other side of town). We were both there, looking at this huge, very heavy basket. There was definitely a different way to address me other than mentioning my panties, which made me super uncomfortable and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it.

Had pants hemmed for (grandsons) ROTC competition, paid over thirty dollars and one leg was almost 1” longer. Went back and told but couldn’t have altered in time. The attitude that the guy at check out is AWFUL!!!! Between that and the issues with dry cleaning going down hill. We are done!
