8-30-22 Dropped off hooded sweater to be dry cleaned. When I came to pick it up the gemmed zipper pull was lost and a rip was at the top of the right pocket. The manager told me that he would order a replacement(it never came) and that the pocket would be fixed. Showed up 3 different times to pick up sweater and it was not ready. Forgot about the sweater. 8-15-22 Got a call to come get the sweater or it would be donated. 8-16-22 Came down here to pick it up and the top of the sweater they ripped was still not fixed. Ran into the owner explained everything and he handed it to the alteration guy, himself to fix. 8-22-22 Came to pick it up and it still was not ready. 8-29-22 Just picked up the sweater and I was showing my boyfriend what all the fuss was about and it just opened up again.
