Arrived to no one in line. Glad to see. Needed zipper replacement for a long jacket, a short jacket and a repair for a torn coat sleeve. I was quoted $84 and my mouth dropped. I was floored. When the gentleman explained that the zippers alone were $66, I still couldn't believe it. Paid although I felt it was overpriced. Won't be coming back for altering ever again. This has provoked me to learn to sew and to use Amazon for my zipper replacements. I'm only rating on the altering charge and nothing else.

This is a nice cleaners with good quality service when it comes to dry cleaning but the customer service isn’t up to par. I recently started using the cleaners around July. At previous cleaners, I’ve always paid when picking up my clothes, so I asked the person in charge what if something was unacceptable (not done right) or lost? The lady replied with an attitude stating that it has never happened before. I said okay and walked out. I’ve used the cleaners a few times since then. I had an incident where the people at the cleaners told me that a piece of my clothing was given to someone else and to give them 30 days to try and get them back but if they didn’t, they’d reach out to me. This wasn’t forthcoming information. Had I not realized I had clothing missing, I would’ve never even knew. It’s October, this happened towards the end of July and I’m just now getting this issue resolved with unsatisfactory results. I was told to fill out a form for my clothing and that I would be notified but because of the expense, the area manager would have to contact me. Up until today, I was still waiting to get notified in which I didn’t do I reached out to see what was going on. Due to me not having a receipt in which I don’t feel the need to keep for my clothing, I was told I will not be given the amount of the item but 20% will be paid. I paid $270 plus tax for this item and will only receive $55 back for a mistake I didn’t make. This was my second time wearing the clothing. I can’t say I’m upset about the money or the clothing, but the way this situation was handled is subpar. I hope this message helps future customers that plan to utilize this particular dry cleaners.

Hi A Beautiful Mind, Yes. We have an excellent tailor Alejandro. He does fantastic work.
Hi Sarita, Real Fur garments can NOT be dry cleaned. I would recommend you speak with the retailer you bought the fur coat from. They will be able to provide a company that can process your fur coat.
Hi Mark, Alterations can be dropped off at any time the store is open. If you need to be, measured our tailor is available m-w-f 7:30am -1:30pm, or by appointment.
Price for alterations varies depending on the item but they are very reasonable. The quality of work is excellent.
Are you open on Sunday if so what are your hours
If it is as soon as they are open yes.
