They fill the tank up fully vs the trade in tanks that you swap out at box stores. Service was great.

Pulled up. They filled all of my cylinders and I was on my way.

Horrible service. Had a new tank set scheduled, informed them when the appointment was scheduled that my yard was soft, and was told they had a utility vehicle they would send out that wouldn't sink in too much. The guy that came to set the tank was not informed of this and contacted the office to find out what to do. The office decided they were not going to do anything and told me to contact them in 2 or 3 months when things dry up and they can set the tank. Apparently setting a temporary tank is not worth it for them and they would rather tell a customer to figure something else out.

Hi Michael, When we refill 20 lb cylinders we do it by weight rather than gallons, this helps us to ensure the proper amount of propane is put into your tank and it is not over filled.
