I contacted Kerners several months ago regarding issues that I was having with my vehicle. There was a high level professionalism from the initial phone call, through out the entire process. The whole team was available to answer questions when needed. If someone did not have an answer right away, I was ensured that they would find out and get back to me. They never broke any promises to follow up with me. Kyle is/was amazing. He took the time to answer every single question that I had. He is extremely patient. I did not feel like he was being dishonest like several mechanics that I have dealt with in the past. Kyle gave worst case and best case scenarios. He was always available, and made me feel comfortable during the process. I called him so much that I jokingly would say, "I feel like we are best friends." This was because he was literally always available when I reached out. My vehicle was repaired, and I have not had any additional issues. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the entire team was extremely welcoming and inviting. I did not feel like just a number as I have felt in other shops... Recently, my sister had an issue with her car. I took it to Kerners, the vehicle was repaired quickly with no issues. I would recommend Kerners for repair. You will get honesty, and a car repair shop that you would feel confident and comfortable to go back to. Thanks Kerners!

Kerner's Auto repair is a great home town feeling shop. From the first time I stopped in to see if they worked on Vws I felt like I was important to them. Their friendly staff and quick service time made it easy to make them my auto service company. They sent the inspection report with pictures to my phone which was very helpful. I am loving our new relationship as my auto repair facility.
