I ordered a couple parts from these guys 3 to be exact. I came to there web page because I needed a heat shield for my intake and they had some for a better price then all the other subie websites I looked at. I ended up getting the other two items because they had super good deals on them. Unfortunately I received the two items I didn’t real need on time but my heat shield got mixed up and sent to a diffrent state. I was pretty angry and emailed them over the weekend and to my surprise I got a response even though they were closed by a person named Erin. They actually found out what happened and fixed my orde and expedited it so I would receive it in 2 days. I am leaving 5 stars because most companies wouldn’t have responded during off hours and 2 Erin was able to figure out and fix the situation really fast. I will defiantly order more parts through there company in the future
