My wife had hip replacement surgery end of June. Surgeon was the best. Nurses were all top notch. Receptionist was always nice and friendly. Food service was great. Case manager Peggy was incompetent at best, she even lied to us about our insurance not being available at 11am on that Friday, within 2 minutes I handed her my phone with a costumer service rep explaining they are available all the time for these requests for rehab facilities, which she desperately needed. Saw the doctor once. PT needed to be given more often but OT never was. Recovery was hard and we got screwed by lack of OT because it was required by our insurance for a recovery facility and the surgery center just wanted to clear the center before the holiday weekend, no matter what. Everyone could see my wife was nowhere near ready to go and could do nothing on her own, not even get in or out of bed. They wheeled her out the door and were done with her. If you care about your well being, go to a hospital for any surgery. They have the ability to care for you if anything goes wrong or you just need more care.

---I went in for a tonsillectomy on 6/19/19. The office is beautiful, those pics aren't up to date. The front desk staff was very friendly and had all of my paperwork ready when I arrived, which I did about 40 minutes early. ---they tooke me back right at my scheduled time, 8:00am. The place was sooo clean and well designed. The placed me in pre/OP room where I changed. It was huge, only I was in there, it was clean and comfortable. ---they came in and asked their questions and took my vitals. The nurse, anesthesiologist, and assistant were all very nice and tried to keep me talking and laughing so I wouldn't get too nervous. --- I was rolled into tje surgery room right at my scheduled time, 9:00am. They made sure I was comfortable and got to work. --- a few days later my surgeon Dr. Yvonne Richard's called me to check on me, then a nurse called a few hours later. About a week later they sent me a get well soon card in the mail. If you have to go into surgery I would recommend this center and team.
