CVS Specialty Pharmacy needs to hire competent people. They could not ship out my knee injection meds due to me setting up a new enrollment form. I set it up on a Monday and they were to call me back to get a credit card number after the insurance went through. Friday they call to get credit card and said I needed to set up a new enrollment form. So once again we go through the questions. Fine all is good it will be at your doctors office on Tuesday. Well Tuesday comes around and no meds show up. I call and they said they canceled the order due to me not filling out the new enrollment form. What? I did it twice already and never got a phone call or text that my order was being canceled. So an hour an 15 minutes later and once again filling out the new enrollment form they said the med will go out and be there Thursday morning in time for my appointment. Well I call Wednesday night an hour before they close and was told it didn go out because the pharmacist didn't release it. So I go back on hold and the girl says it will go out overnight morning delivery. Well my appointment for my knee injections had to be rescheduled due to the medicine not getting there before 1130a on Thursday. So frustrated with CVS!!!! I would give them zero ratings in that was an option.!! 😡
