I've been a resident for year and recently needed to transfer to another apartment and Priscila was great on helping me to do the whole process. She is always very polite and helpful on anything that me and my family needs. And so far, I'm enjoying my new apartment. Thank you so much Priscila and the entire maintenance crew they are also great people.

THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A SUBSIDIZED HOUSING NIGHTMARE! Don't move here if you care about safety, or peace, especially if you have kids. They party constantly, leave huge messes. Car break-ins are a normal occurrence but they gave up on fixing the gate, so it's always open, They sent an email saying they won't be fixing it. There is always loud parties at the grills all hours of the night. The type of people that moved here seem to get worse and worse. This place is far from any type of luxury. It is just another low grade complex in the county. I thought this place may have a chance when we moved here but I think Avalon Corporate gave up on this place. I am counting the days until my lease is up. I want my child in a safe community, this is not it. If I could choose zero stars I would.

This is the first time I will be doing a review and it’s a great one. This is the best apartment I have lived in, and Uzair is the best manager so far. He cares for the need of the people. Keep up the good work Avalon Laurel. You are appreciative for giving best services so far.

Santos in the maintenance department truly is awesome! He has handled a few of my work requests and always shines through. He is so pleasant and kind as is all of the maintenance staff. Shout out to you guys! All of maintenance in fact is awesome and accommodating. I have been a tenant of 3 years and counting. Maintenance takes care of service requests in a timely matter, the front office is supportive and courteous, the grounds are always well kept and the amenities are great. Noise complaints are handled promptly and the apartments and spaces are beautiful.
