We ordered breakfast, it was around 9:40 AM , we was waiting for the food, seating for 20 minutes, when I decided to ask them why my order was taking so long to be done if they didn’t have a lot of order in front of mine , they said my order wasn’t in the System, the crew was looking for the cashier who took my order , she was outside the store vaping , when she came back in she asked me if I had my order ready and she asked me why 😂😂 unbelievable! Worst customer service ever !!!!

It's a hard NO for me! Don't waste your time at this disorganized store. I tried the drive-thru but after 5 minutes realized it was not moving at all so I went in the store. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter and having received absolutely zero service, I decided the simple order of small fries I stopped for could wait. It didn't look clean in there anyway.

I have no idea what has happened in the last couple of months at this place but now they are very very very slow and after waiting at least 15 to 45 minutes for your food it is horrible. I ordered a whopper Jr and after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I get a soggy sandwich. So I had to go inside to get another sandwich and waited in there for another 15 minutes. Then they have one lady on register and she seems like she can't even takeEasy hors d'oeuvres like she doesn't understand if so that's going up the process inside then it seems like the cooking stuff isn't understanding or doing their job right because the drive-thru lady is waiting for her foodAnd she's asking them to do this and do that and it's taking them 20 years to do anytingSo I don't know if there was a manager change or what happenedBut they needed to get it together because their service now is horrible

This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the inconsistencies with the asst. Manager down to the front line workers. The manager could not speak English, but the staff was no better and they spoke English. They just could not get the order correct after explaining to several people over and over how the order was incorrect. It was a chicken sandwich with LTMK with bacon and a second on that was spicy. How hard is that to get correct. They provided one chicken sandwich with no condiments and the second one was a different chicken sandwich all together. The staff person said to me after repeating my order for the 15th time don't patronize me. I'm a paying customer how about having an expectation that you will get my order right. She did get one thing right I will never patronize this location again. I work hard for my money so I don't need attitude or incompetence with my meal. Please avoid this location if you value your money and want good customer service.
