Very bad customer service, they don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t provide professional paperwork as proof of all transactions they process to truck drivers specially with their DOT and MC. Be careful dealing with this unorganized agency 👎 Socorro left me on eternal hold when I asked to speak to someone else that could provide answers.
