Cruddy place to work for. They take skilled FOH dining servers and have them do BOH work. If you can't keep BOH employees or you let low skilled cooks run your kitchen then the dining experience for the guests is not a priority. They want quantity meals served and not quality meals served. You don't try and tow trucks stuck in the mud out with your Lamborghini. If you're a server and looking to serve save your self some time and don't apply here. Your skills will be reduced to cutting up fruit and washing dishes.

My 92 y.o. mother moved in Chandler Enclave in June 2022. She was very excited to have her own apartment and make new friends. It quickly went down hill as the lack of staff and inedible meals became apparent. She said it is just a bunch of depressed old people waiting to die. I am not happy with the staff, as we we promised a lot for the money, and it has not lived up to our expectations

I was treated awful by Tiffany the CEO at the time. I moved states for a position and she let me go within a month for no reason. She literally stocked my Facebook and just showed up one day and said I wasn’t a good fit.. ??? She was the oddest boss ever.. hopefully the company found a better replacement

I have family in this community and we are looking for a better place. The apartments are nice and the community spaces are well done but the food is awful. Food quality is very low, portions are small and there is not enough variety. I don’t believe the diet they offer meets the daily nutritional requirements for a senior. The staff turnover in the kitchen and dining room doesn’t help. (Probably don’t get paid enough.) The staff are very nice and most of them care, but it strikes me that no one on site has the authority to make improvements. Off-site corporate managers are making decisions based solely on their ROI which compromises residents’ quality of living significantly.
