I would not even give this place one star if possible. I signed on to attend the esthetician program back in December 2021 for me to start Feb 2022. I attended my first class and let me tell you what a disaster it was. None of the staff members were professional or friendly. We "learned" how to do a basic facial on a mannequin to a video with no sound. The "instructor" was not interested in leading the class nor teaching us anything. Instead, the "instructor" spent 3 of the 4 hour class time gossiping with a more senior student about all of the drama going on in the school. No student seemed happy to be a student there. The first class was completely unprofessional and unorganized. I did not feel confident that I would receive a quality education from this school so, I withdrew from the program the very next day. The Enrollment Agreement they have you sign is the most unconscionable thing I have ever encountered in my life. They give you 3 days after signing to back out with no penalty, after that, they keep 20% of your tuition. Now, keep in mind, I signed the Enrollment Agreement back in December but, my classes did not begin until February so, I was obviously well past the 3 day window. This school has ROBBED me of $2,500 after attending only ONE class. If you are wanting to go to school to get your esthetician license, please accept this as a WARNING. This school should not even be an accredited institution. The school will not return any of my emails or phone calls, they basically have robbed me and now have ghosted me. This school needs to be investigated as I know they are not offering a quality education.

**update** A woman contacted me to check up and see how I was doing after graduation. I told her how discouraged I was after graduation having not learned half of what I need to know. I also told her about the hyperpigmentation that was left on my face from an instructor and I stopped hearing from her. I haven't been able to get her on the phone or to reply to any of my messages. All this school is trying to do, is make enough money that they can stay open and give false hope to future estis. The students work for free. We were NOT supervised AT ALL when doing facials. I had to use a machine on a client that I was never out about, since we didn't go over how to use it, and I let my instructor know I wasn't ready for that. She told me "do the service or go home and lose your 8 hours for the day". I had another student show me a quick demo before seeing the client, did the instructor help? No. Did the instructor come into the room and ask how I was doing? No. All they cared about was making sure the clients were seen. Run. Do NOT attend this school. You will be EXTREMELY disappointed. I spent $14k and 7 months of my life here. If I could go back in time, believe me, I would. My education was a joke. If you currently go here, good luck, I know it's not easy learning all the material on your own. If you're thinking about going here, don't. Go to SWINA. It's a farther drive but it's worth it to not go here. If you value a legit education and hope to have a future in this industry other than doing facials all day everyday, don't go here. We never "made out own products" never "learn lash extension application" never "mixed our own foundations" never learned "the men's facial" a lot of empty promises. If you're a client, please, tip your estis. We're struggling and are just down in the dumps. Good luck.

Terrible school, terrible communication as a student. I went here a year ago, and I must say very unorganized. Please do your research before attending. However, there appears to be a whole new staff. Hopefully they’re fixing things up

I was a student 2 years ago and have still yet to find a job. The training was subpar and the leadership was horrendous. The school manager at the time would randomly do psychic readings, complain about her ex husband, and go on random political tangents. Many of my peers failed their state board test. We got to handle clients but the towel warmers smelled awful, we were constantly out of products, and many of the equipment was broken in some way. Most of the training was extremely surface level, like for learning makeup we had to watch James Charles and Jeffree Star youtube videos for a lot of the training. Why did I pay thousands of dollars to watch youtube videos? I want my tuition back because now Im broke, still working in retail, and can't afford to go back to school and I feel like a complete failure. I was fresh out of high school when I "applied" and the recruiter told me lies like "plastic surgeons ONLY hire estheticians from G skin and beauty, and that there was only one spot left. (I later found out she told that to everybody.) Run away as fast as you can. This """School""" is a complete joke and in reality just a shady diploma mill.
